Rosy Seabass Shabu-Shabu* Course

The Rosy Seabass, which is called to be the highest grade
of white fish, is a rare brand fish called Tsushima's "Red Eye".
We recommend simmering it gently in the broth of the hot pot
to maintain its taste and texture.

*Zōsui is the last corse of the -Pot dish. Rice will be put
in to the pot where it soaks up the taste of all the ingredients previously put in.
*Shabu-Shabu is a way of cooking ingredients in a heater pot,
by yourself. The sound that comes out during, sounds like Shabu-Shabu.
