*Shabu-Shabu is a way of cooking ingredients
in heater pot, by yourself. The sound that comes
out during, sounds like Shabu-Shabu.
*Zōsui is the last corse of the Hot-Pot dish.
Rice will be put in to the pot where it soaks up the
taste of all the ingredients previously put in.
